With over 30 years of global experience, Julie has a proven track record of driving transformational growth and profitability, leading successful and thriving working cultures and fostering collaboration and communication effectiveness. Her functional expertise spans procurement, supply chain, operations, client delivery, business transformation, and finance across multiple industries for mid to large-sized companies, whether PE-backed or publicly held.

Julie’s specific areas of experience include strategy development, turnaround scenarios, merger and acquisition integration, and delivering value-added solutions to clients across various industries. She holds a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, a Lean Expert certification, and a Certified Purchasing Manager designation, which demonstrate her expertise in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Julie's mission is to inspire and empower her team to achieve excellence and to partner with clients to optimize their procurement performance and outcomes. She is dedicated to helping organizations streamline their processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Julie holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in English and Communications from the University of Virginia. Her areas of expertise include Six Sigma methodologies, process improvement, and cost reduction.
