Her functional expertise spans procurement, supply chain, operations, client delivery, business transformation, and finance across multiple industries for mid to large-sized companies, whether PE-backed or publicly held.
Julie’s specific areas of experience include strategy development, turnaround scenarios, merger and acquisition integration, and delivering value-added solutions to clients across various industries. She holds a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, a Lean Expert certification, and a Certified Purchasing Manager designation, which demonstrate her expertise in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
