With over 20 years of consulting experience, Jim is dedicated to helping private equity firms and companies to reduce overall costs (labor, material, overhead, assets), improve quality and key business processes, and optimize their supply chains, resulting in millions of dollars of EBITDA impact and significant ROI.

Throughout his career he has led teams in due diligence, in-depth analysis, and value creation across diverse industries. Jim has driven significant operational and business critical engagements that improved margins and delivered hundreds of millions of P&L improvement.

Prior to joining SGS Maine Pointe, Jim served in multiple positions at a leading consulting firm, where he worked with clients in the industrials and food/consumer space, among others. He continues to develop relationships across middle market private equity firms and direct to C-suite companies, implementing solutions with a high ROI.
