Renowned for her strategic vision and ability to execute with precision, Jackie has built and led high-performing teams across diverse industries and international markets. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development, with a proven ability to align human resources initiatives with enterprise-wide objectives and accelerate business growth.

Before joining SGS Maine Pointe, Jackie served as an independent executive consultant and leadership coach, partnering with organizations to navigate complex business transformations. Her executive career includes Chief People Officer and senior HR leadership positions at market-leading organizations known for innovation and rapid growth, including Suffolk Construction, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Sapient, Hill Holliday and PwC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand).

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) and continues to shape the future of talent and leadership strategy through her board advisory roles at Seintiv, Beyond Connections, and as a member of the Forbes HR Council.
