A leader in oil & gas consulting, Lance Raley has worked across the energy value chain bringing measurable improvements in spud to on-line operations, asset utilization, cycle-time reduction, supply chain optimization, commodity trading, logistics, technology and digital transformation, international RPFs and tender approval, and cost structure improvement.

Over the last 25 years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles including president of an exploration and production firm and SVP of a mid-sized oil field services company with operations in active play throughout the US. He drove a 25%+ improvement in contract margins through optimized inventory, uptime performance, and utilization rates for a major OFS provider; achieved $50 million in annual, ongoing direct cost savings for E&P operators across the industry; and partnered with international firms to improve inventory and cost reduction, operational design, and post-merger integration.

Before joining SGS Maine Pointe, Lance served in several executive positions, including President of Able Energy Inc. He connects with CXOs on a personal level to uncover hidden issues, barriers to their target goals, future concerns, and successful, profitable resolution.

Lance has a dual BA in Business/Corporate Communications and Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
