David Critchley

David has solved problems and delivered tangible, exceptional results for multiple industries during 25 years of leadership in operations, strategy, and end-to-end supply chain transformation.

Specializing in the consumer and industrial products sector, he began his career as an engineer and rapidly moved into management, including Director of Operational Excellence and Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning at major consumer products companies. His successes include partnering with senior leaders of an oil specialty products company to redesign the operating model and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain, resulting in over $100 million in annual savings. He transformed ordering, provisioning and installation of services at a leading telecommunications provider, to improve customer delivery time by 30%.

Prior to joining SGS Maine Pointe, David held executive positions at West Monroe Partners, where his experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and performance excellence delivered consistent, positive results to his clients. He was also the founder and CEO of DC Squared Consulting Services.

David has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, John and Marcia Price College of Engineering.
